Walkway to the Sea

The Walkway to the Sea is a special project of the Friends of Bahia Honda that added a commemorative walk, filled with individual messages of guests who visit our park, starting at the Nature Center and heading towards the Old Bahia Honda Bridge. The pavers provide a way for visitors – locally, as well as from across the U.S. and around the world – to commemorate beautiful times shared on the beaches and in the waters of Bahia Honda State Park, a jewel of the Florida Keys.

Each brick measures 4 x 8 inches and is beautifully crafted with a personal message, rendered with state-of-the-art laser engraving.
